Directions:
1. Heat 6 to 8 ounces of water to your desired temperature in a tea pot. (If using an electric kettle please follow the directions that’s included with your kettle).
2. Place loose tea in your tea ball infuser, or tea pot. Whichever you prefer. If using a teapot, strain your tea before pouring into your tea cup.
3. Steep for 2-3 minutes add lime and Enjoy a Healthier You!
