1. Our Customers Service Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm CST ( Central Standard Time) excluding Weekends and Holidays.

2. All emails sent inquiring about our products, your order etc. we recommend that you read the FAQ’s ( Frequently Asked Questions) before submitting an email. Your question may be answered on the FAQ Forum.

3. Please allow our Customer Service representatives 24 to 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
