FAQ (Jewelry Material and Wear)
Q: Is all Gyrl Interrupted Jewelry Stainless Steel, Waterproof, Hypoallergenic and Tarnish Free?
A: Not all of our Jewelry is Stainless Steel, Waterproof, Hypoallergenic and Tarnish Free. Please read the description of each jewelry piece that you view. The jewelry that is not stainless steel, waterproof, hypoallergenic and tarnish free is made up of high quality brass with 18k gold coating and some are handmade. Which means the life of the jewelry is still long-lasting and can last as long as you would like with care.
Q: Should I take care of my jewelry properly even if its waterproof and tarnish free?
A: YES, you definitely should treat your jewelry with care to keep the same shine and luster as it was when you purchased it. We advise all customers to keep each piece of jewelry in its own separate covering.
Q: What If I purchase a piece of jewelry and I’m not sure how to open it?
A: Please visit our How To Page. Our How To Page gives detailed instructions on how to open some pieces of our Jewelry. Please read the instructions carefully to avoid damaging your jewelry.
FAQ ( Shipping and Orders)
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?
A: We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped.
Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 3-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.
Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday after 12pm Central standard time will not ship until the following Monday.
Note, due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience slight delays. We offer you the option of shipping providers at checkout. All orders with free shipping are shipped via USPS.
Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Depending on the shipping option you chose at checkout, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. After your order is processed, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming that your order has been shipped. Please allow 48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.
Q: I'VE SEEN AN ITEM BUT I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND IT ONLINE?
A: Please use the search bar to type in a description or keyword matching the item. If nothing is shown, it's likely that the item is sold out.
Q: MY COUPON CODE IS NOT WORKING. WHY?
A: If you are having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.
Q: MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: Please contact your local USPS or UPS location dependent on the shipping service your order was to be delivered by. If after contacting the shipping provider you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at info@gyrlinterrupted.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
A: Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. When your order is complete you will be transferred to a confirmation page containing your order number. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact our support team at info@gyrlinterrupted.com.
Q: IF I ORDER A CUSTOM NAME NECKLACE OR NAME ANKLET WITH OTHER ITEMS, WILL ALL THE ITEMS SHIP TOGETHER AT THE SAME TIME?A. If in the event you order ready to ship goods with your custom name necklace and or custom name anklet, your custom items will ship separate. Please note that production takes 10 to 12 days excluding weekends (Production refers to the process of making the Items). After production it will take another 10 to 12 days excluding weekends for it to ship to you. Our Custom items are Hypoallergenic, Waterproof and Tarnish Free with CARE.
