Question: IF I ORDER A CUSTOM NAME NECKLACE OR NAME ANKLET WITH OTHER ITEMS, WILL ALL THE ITEMS SHIP TOGETHER AT THE SAME TIME?
Answer: If in the event you order ready to ship goods with your custom name necklace, your custom items will ship separate. Please note that production takes 7 to 10 days excluding weekends. Also, when you place your order, production will start two days after the order is placed. If you order on a Friday after 12:00pm noon, your order will be placed the upcoming Tuesday. (Production refers to the process of making the Items). After production it will take 10 to 12 business days excluding weekends for it to ship to you. During the Holiday Season shipping may take longer so this is why we state 10 to 12 days. Our Custom items are Hypoallergenic, Waterproof and Tarnish Free with CARE.
